Max-Ergo-Tilter
|
The MAX-ERGO-TILTER is a manually operated tilt table, ideal
for table applications where tilting baskets, containers or
other loads improves ergonomic access. Standard platform
size is 48" x 50" with a 16" lip. Tilt is 45 degrees and the
platform is 26" high in the horizontal position. Fork
pockets are standard for transportation.
A manual hand pump lever with extended handle allows operator
to raise the table to horizontal position. A foot lowering
valve allows platform to be lowered into tilted position.

Max Upender
|
The MAX-UPENDER series is ideally suited for tipping loads up
to 90 degrees. Available with capacities of 2,000 to 6,000
lbs. and a variety of standard platform sizes. The MAX-UPENDER
is also available custom built for those special handling
requirements. Designs of open frame, v-block, split platform
and special sizes are just a few of our custom capabilities.
Standard Features:
1 1/2 HP motor. 115/230 volt single phase or 230/460 three
phase voltage. Motor is internally mounted on most models.
Push button magnetic back control box is standard with 6'
cord.
10' power cord is standard (connector not included).

Hydraulic gear pump with check valve, solenoid valve,
filter and velocity fuse is standard.
Tilt limit switch.
Color: Yellow top with blue frame.
A 30 amp dedicated circuit
is required for 115 volt

Max-Tilt and Max-Lift & Tilt
|
MAX-Tilt & MAX-LIFT & TILT tables are designed for those
applications where tilting or lift and tilting the load
provides for improved access to the product. Table availble
with 45, 60 or 90 degree tilt.
Both series are electric hydraulic with the 45 degree models
powered up and gravity down while the 60 and 90 degree
models are powered both up and down with double acting
cylinders. With capacities of 2,000 - 6,000 lbs., the
MAX-series table can handle most applications.
Standard Features Include:
3/4 or 1 1/2 hp motor. 115/230 volt single phases or
230/460 3 phase voltage. Motor is internally mounted on most
models and externally mounted on table sizes with 24" wide
base.

Maxx-Mobile Tilt & Lift
|
The MAXX-MOBILE TILT & LIFT provides all the features of a
standard portable tilter and the added feature of providing
lift. This model can tilt a load up to 90°. The lift feature
allows up to 11" of vertical travel. Since all users are not
the same size and height and loads often vary, the lift
feature provides the best ergonomic solution when loads have
to be tilted for access. The tilt and lift features operate
independently allowing the user to select the right degree
of tilt and the most ergonomic elevation. Model MMTL-10M
operates manually by pumping the control handle, while model
MMTL-10E is electric.
