The customer has 300 pound rolls which need to be loaded horizontally on a fixed spindle. We designed a portable electric roll handler with a expanding mandrel to lift rolls vertically off pallet, turn horizontal and slide on the spindle. System has fail safe interlocks and is charged in a standard 110v outlet.

A woodworking customer gives us a good example of our expertise installing ceiling mounted light rail systems which require special fabrication for long drops. Long threaded rod drops are dangerous due to rod failure and do not offer stability from sway movement.  The customer purchased a reconditioned Unimove vacuum lift tube with a full warranty from JRG.  We both install and service and often recycle equipment in good condition to save our customers money and give new life to surplused equipment.

This has been a very good and reliable installation with quite some age on it. The customer handles 300 pound fiber drums and 60 pound boxes 24 hours a day 7 days a week with   Unimove vacuum lift tubes mounted on KBK crane systems. We installed these systems in 1995 and they have run continuously for over 10 years. We installed 10 systems here, one is 300 feet in length with 5 each 300 pound capacity bridges.
