Vacuum Cup Lifters: Anver |
| |
Vacuum
cup lifters are available in a wide ranges of sizes and
configuration for lifting, pitching and rotating payloads.
The vacuum source for a vacuum cup lifter can be produced
mechanically, with electricity or with compressed air.
Vacuum cup lifters are typically best
suited to handling non-porous payloads like metal sheets,
glass, plastics or stone. There are many
considerations and variables to examine when choosing the
best vacuum cup lifter for your application. Don't
buy a vacuum cup lifter without a site visit! See

| Self Powered Mechanical Vacuum
Lifters
Anver's
mechanical vacuum lifters offer safe and efficient without
the need for electricity or compressed air to create the
vacuum. The vacuum generator consists of a free-moving
piston within a closed cylinder. A rubber rolling diaphragm
forms an airtight seal between the piston and cylinder.
Since the integrity of this seal does not depend on
metal-to-metal contact or a tight fit, it does not lose
efficiency with use.
The vacuum attach-and-release cycle is
controlled by an automatic self-cycling valve located in the
bottom of the piston. When the unit is lowered onto the load
and the suspension chain slackens, a cam automatically
closes the piston valve. The hoisting action then pulls up
the piston, creating a powerful vacuum inside the cylinder
and underneath the vacuum pads.
When the load is completely set down,
and the suspension chain is again slackened, the cam opens
the piston valve, releasing the vacuum. The lifter then can
be raised, ready for the next pickup. Attach and release are
instantaneous. Since the valve sealing disc can only cycle
when the chain is completely slack, it cannot shift
positions while in use and will not accidentally release the
load.
Instant attach and release is provided
via the hoist up and down movement. The attach and release
alternates each lift cycle for fast, efficient handling.
Mechanical vacuum lifters increase the speed and efficiency
of the horizontal handling of sheet and plate, panels, and
all types of nonporous materials.

- Simple to
operate. One person can control the entire
operation. No oil fumes or noise pollution.
- Easy to Maintain. Only the
highest quality components and superior construction are
used with few moving parts.
-
All
Anver mechanical vacuum lifters are built to
order from stock using
modular components, and are usually shipped within a
week. ANVER Mechanical Vacuum Lifters are available in
literally hundreds of possible combinations depending on
the vacuum generator, beam, crossarms, and vacuum cups
used. Contact
JRG Handling Systems with
your requirements so we can size the right lifter for
you.
-
Vacuum Lifters are shipped
fully assembled and ready to operate. All crossarms
slide up and down the beam, and also pivot to allow
adjustment for narrow loads and provide for compact
crating. This allows us to ship lifters with the vacuum
system completely assembled and tested. There is no
installation other than bolting on the front handle,
which does not affect the vacuum circuit.
- All Anver Vacuum
Lifters come with a one or two year warranty,
depending upon the portion of the lifter covered.

| ANVER Air or
Electric Powered
Vacuum Lifters
ANVER
Air and Electric Powered Vacuum Lifters are available in
literally hundreds of possible combinations depending on the
vacuum generator, beam, crossarms, and vacuum cups used.
Basic Operating
Procedure
- Turn vacuum generator switch to
"ON".
- Center lifter on load
* Load must not exceed dimensions and capacity
* Pads must be equally distributed over load.
- Make sure that valves to pads-in-use are open.
- Make sure lifter makes full contact with load then
switch to "Attach". Wait until the vacuum gauge
indicates sufficient vacuum level at pads.
- Lift load a few inches, stop and check for safe,
stable vacuum, then proceed while observing all safety
rules.
- If vacuum level drops, put lifter down, as lifter is
unsafe. At end of lift, put load down, switch valve to
"release".
- When finished with lifter, store unit on optional
parking stands or with pads off the floor.
There is an Anver vacuum cup lifter
to match your requirements:
-
We design
and build vacuum lifting systems from dozens of beam
lengths, Vac-Pack Stations, crossarms, vacuum pads and
suspensions to allow custom lifting equipment at
standard prices and deliveries.

Operation The latest models of these popular
vacuum tube lift systems have been redesigned for
improved operation and load lifting capability using
only the highest quality manufacturing processes and
system components.
- Corrosion
Resistant The control head, handle, and control
knobs are all manufactured using electro-polished heavy
gauge stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
- Precise
Control The redesigned conical flow valve
allows the operator to precisely control the vacuum
power, resulting in a much smoother, more ergonomic and
user-friendly control than that provided with
competitive vacuum tube lift systems.
- Smooth
Operation ANVER Standard VT Vacuum Tube Lifter
features include an extended length handlebar that is
easier to grasp with fully protected operator controls
for smoother operation.
- Low Price
These continuous design and quality improvements have
actually allowed us to decrease prices for the most
popular of these vacuum tube lifters, making them
affordable for a wide range of lifting applications.
ANVER VT Vacuum Tube Lift Systems are designed for high
production use. With their continuous duty cycle,
unlimited starts and stops per minute are possible, and
vacuum attachment to and release of the load is
instantaneous.
- Easy to
Operate All ANVER VT Vacuum Tube Lift Systems
use the same basic operating principle: a remotely
connected vacuum pump produces a vacuum in the lifting
tube and control head. As the control head and pad
attachments are placed on the object to be lifted, the
pads seal upon the object and the vacuum in the lift
tube increases, causing the lift tube to contract,
raising the load. As the vacuum (continuously controlled
and regulated by the operator using the control handle)
is decreased, the lift tube expands, lowering the load.
A simple, reliable means for a single operator to
effortlessly handle virtually any load.
- Rugged
Construction ANVER Standard VT Vacuum Tube
Lifter pad attachments are mounted to the system control
head with a total of six bolts for improved rigidity and
added load handling security.
Load Lifting Capacity of Up To 650 Pounds (170 kg)
ANVER VT
Vacuum Tube Lifting Systems can be configured to handle all
load types: porous, semi-porous and non-porous. For porous
and semi-porous load handling, we recommend you allow us the
opportunity to test your load in order to determine the
actual system capacity and capability.
In addition,
ANVER offers a free testing service in our ergonomics lab to
assist you in determining your load's porosity and to help
you in choosing the appropriate vacuum lifting system.
The capacity ranges below
should only be used as general guidelines. Actual system
capacities are dependent on several factors (load surface
porosity, load density, vacuum station, pad attachment,
etc.). We offer many combinations of VT Vacuum Tube Lifting
systems within each model range. Contact your local ANVER
